Fortieth Year - Shelter WA

2019 is the fortieth year of Shelter WA.

We’re seeking expressions of interest from people with an interest and knowledge of the history of Shelter WA, and social and affordable housing, to form a reference group to provide advice on brilliant and innovative ways to recognise Shelter WA’s forty years.

A key role of the reference group will be to provide advice on a history project to capture the activities and impact of Shelter WA and housing advocacy in Western Australia over the last forty years.

Funding from Lotterywest will enable the creation of a broad range of digital products that bring to life through personal recollections and anecdotes, along with research, the rich history of Shelter WA within the broader social and economic context of affordable housing policy and advocacy.

To express you interest please send through a brief paragraph outlining your interest in joining the reference group and what you will bring to the group.

Further information on the reference group can be found in the attached document.

For further information please contact Michelle Mackenzie on 9325 6660. Expressions of interest are due COB Tuesday, 12 February 2019 and can be submitted to
