WA Housing Hub Privacy Policy

Shelter WA will collect personal information of its stakeholders upon their registration to the site, including contact and organisational details. This information will be captured through an online registration form to enable users to access the full functionality of the platform, including  the Discussion Forums, and tailor the User’s profile to their specific areas of interest.

Stakeholders who do not wish to provide this information will still have access to the News and Events, Clearinghouse and Housing Options & Resources pages of the website and can monitor content in public Discussion Forums.

Shelter WA will not share your personal information with any third parties, with  the exception of website service providers contracted by Shelter WA to provide technical support for the maintenance of the website. 

Registered Users can change their password and view contact details by logging on to the WA Housing Hub and updating the information in their User Profile section.

Please note, all supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Shelter WA reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy on an as needed basis. Updates or changes to this Policy will be published on this page. 

Shelter WA reserves the right to use information and intelligence provided in the discussion forums to inform our advocacy agenda and policy advice development.
